Our Work

AI systems built around real work, not AI for AI's sake.

We study where time, money and attention are being lost, then use the simplest effective intervention, from better workflows and existing AI tools to automation, agents and custom software.

This page shows what that looks like in practice.

Proof in the work

We care less about how impressive the AI sounds and more about what changed after it was applied.

95%+

Processing-time reduction in one measured EEJ lead-research workflow

Measured system processing time compared with estimated manual research time.
3–5 days → 36+ hrs

Lead-research turnaround reduced for an anonymised client workflow

Client work

From days of manual prospect research to a structured AI-assisted pipeline.

Anonymised TikTok advertising coaching & agency business

The problem

Finding qualified prospects meant searching platforms, inspecting possible leads, checking each one against the ideal-customer profile and recording the results by hand. Scaling that process meant adding more research time.

What we built

A structured prospect-research workflow built around the client's qualification criteria. Instead of asking an agent to “find leads”, the research brief defined who qualified and what had to be recorded for each prospect.

Turnaround

Before3–5 days

Approximate manual research and documentation for a comparable batch.

AfterJust over 36 hours

Structured lead list produced end-to-end.

ResultRoughly half to two-thirds less time

The 36-hour runtime was partly constrained by free-tier AI-agent credit limits rather than the underlying workflow itself.

What mattered

Good AI research is not “go find me leads”. Quality comes from translating commercial judgement into criteria the system can follow consistently.

Client work

A weekly reporting process that stopped consuming an entire day.

Automated branded performance reporting

The problem

Each weekly report required gathering performance information, organising it, formatting the document and applying the client's visual structure. Production took roughly one full workday.

What we built

A reporting workflow that gathers the required information, structures it consistently, applies the branding and produces a client-ready report with minimal manual input.

Weekly report production

Before1 full day
After1 morning

A recurring deliverable now takes a fraction of the previous production time, with more consistent structure and branding.

What mattered

The best automation opportunities are often boring recurring processes. That is precisely why they compound.

Custom AI system

Ten questions. About thirty minutes. A complete brand-launch starting point.

AI-assisted system for a branding specialist

The challenge

A specialist serving informal business owners had to establish each new client's brand from scratch, from positioning and visual ideas to content and a launch plan.

What we built

A guided AI workflow where the specialist enters the client's information and answers ten structured questions.

The initial package includes

  • Brand identity direction and logo concepts
  • Social-media content
  • WhatsApp Business setup guidance
  • A launch plan

The system can produce the initial brand package in about 30 minutes. It has been delivered and remains in active use.

What mattered

AI did not replace the branding specialist's judgement. It removed repetitive setup work so the specialist could spend more of the engagement on the decisions that require expertise.

Engineering showcase

When the problem needs more than a prompt, we can engineer the system.

Some problems can be solved with training or an existing tool. Others need retrieval, APIs, databases, automation, voice interfaces, agents or custom applications working together. These projects show the engineering depth behind EEJ's consulting-led approach. They are project showcases, not claims of client transformation.

Voice AI + Knowledge Retrieval

RAVIEL

An AI voice assistant that brings speech, conversational AI, knowledge retrieval, backend APIs and a web interface into one system.

What it demonstrates: A voice interface can answer questions using a company's information instead of relying on a general AI response alone.

  • Voice interaction
  • Knowledge retrieval
  • Backend APIs
  • Cloud deployment
Technical details

Python · FastAPI · RAG · LLMs · Voice AI · APIs · Web · Cloud. Engineering work included connecting the voice-to-response pipeline and reducing latency by roughly 200 ms across parts of the interaction flow.

AI Knowledge Operating System

SecondSelf

A system for turning fragmented information into structured, linked and searchable knowledge that can be queried in ordinary language.

What it demonstrates: Shows how scattered organisational knowledge could become easier to find and use.

  • Capture → Classify → Link → Graph → Ask
  • Knowledge graph
  • Natural-language Q&A
Technical details

Python · RAG · LLMs · Embeddings · Knowledge Graphs · Streamlit · Groq. The pipeline includes PARA-style classification, semantic linking and retrieval.

AI Agent Connected to Business Operations

AI Receptionist + MCP

A voice-agent architecture that can move beyond answering questions to take approved actions through operational tools.

What it demonstrates: A conversational interface could look up clients, check availability and manage appointments when authorised to do so.

  • Voice agent
  • Appointments
  • Operational tool calling
Technical details

Voice Agent → AI Reasoning → MCP → n8n → Business Tools / Data. Example actions include creating client records and looking up, booking, updating or deleting appointments.

Operations Management Platform

InstantOps

A central application for bookings, customers, mechanics and business-performance information.

What it demonstrates: Brings operational search, status tracking and reporting into one place.

  • Bookings
  • Customer records
  • Analytics
  • Status tracking
Technical details

React · APIs · Vercel · Data Visualization. Dashboard values in any project demonstration should be treated as representative data, not verified live business metrics.

AI Decision Layer for Lead Operations

AI Lead Qualification & Automation

A workflow that processes incoming leads, classifies and qualifies them, structures the resulting information and routes each lead to a next action.

What it demonstrates: Puts AI inside an operational decision, not only inside a writing tool.

  • Lead Intake → Classification → Qualification → Routing
  • Automated action
Technical details

n8n · LLMs · APIs · Workflow Automation. Qualification criteria are defined before the routing step.

Backend & API Engineering

InstantMech API

A Django backend supporting mechanic records and service-request workflows.

What it demonstrates: Provides database-backed records, filtering and documented endpoints for applications that need reliable operational data.

  • REST APIs
  • Database records
  • 6 automated tests passed
Technical details

Python · Django · Django REST Framework · PostgreSQL · django-filter · drf-spectacular. Includes API documentation and six passing automated tests.

What we can build

The technology depends on the problem.

How we engineer

We do not start by asking, “What AI should we build?”

01

Understand

Identify the business problem, the people involved, the workflow and the bottleneck.

02

Map

Trace the input, intelligence, decision, action and output in the current process.

03

Design

Choose the model, retrieval, database, API, automation and interface only where needed.

04

Build

Develop the application and connect the required components.

05

Deploy

Test, debug and move the system into a usable environment.

06

Improve

Use feedback, real usage and performance constraints to refine the work.

“The goal is not to build an impressive demo. The goal is to build something that works in the environment where the business actually operates.”

Sometimes the right answer is not to build anything at all. If an existing tool, better process or team training solves the problem, EEJ prefers the simpler intervention. See how EEJ works

Our rule

Automate the repetition. Protect the judgement.

Good candidates for AI / automation

  • Repetitive research
  • Information extraction
  • Recurring reporting
  • Routing and qualification
  • Scheduling
  • Document retrieval
  • Administrative handoffs
  • Structured content transformation
  • Repetitive customer enquiries

Keep human control where it matters

  • Strategic judgement
  • Sensitive decisions
  • Relationships
  • Leadership
  • Creative direction
  • Accountability
  • Nuanced client conversations
  • High-risk approvals

The objective is not to remove people from the business. It is to stop using human attention for work that no longer requires it.
